The company did everything they said they were gonna do and then some! Many companies might have just lined my pipes with one coat and forgotten it. One company, a competitor ( a well known local plumber) said they would likely have to crack open my kitchen floors because of the large hole where there was a connecting pipe. The rest of the pipes in the house were in poor condition with numerous cracks. However, Blueprint Plumbing came out and very gingerly cleaned out my pipes for days so that they didn’t exacerbate the crack problems. They took extra days to do that when other companies with a fixed price would likely have just rushed through. They had specialty machines and the expertise to create a balloon apparatus for the kitchen and saved all of the rest of my torn up pipes as well they added two and three layers of protection where needed. They saved my floor which lacked extra spare tiles and potentially saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I can’t thank this company enough!!. If you are on the fence about using them versus someone you know better, don’t think twice!! Even if they’re a little bit more, they are totally worth it. This company knows what they’re doing and their techs all work very hard and extremely conscientiously. Thank you!
